The location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the masjid. the check-in process was also quick and efficient. many shops nearby offered various gift options, a plus after prayers.
I found the room to be quite unclean. This impacted my overall comfort. the staff did not seem very helpful when i had questions. also, there was a delay in receiving an iron when i requested it.

the location was unbeatable, being just a short walk from the masjid nabawi. i found it easy to access the mosque for prayers. the fast check-in was also helpful, saving me time upon arrival.
the bathroom was noticeably small, which did make maneuvering a bit challenging. also, the limited space made it somewhat inconvenient for storing toiletries and personal items.

The location was really close to the mosque, a short walk to the prayer areas. The reception support was excellent. They assisted with luggage and any requests i had. Rooms were comfortable. The television worked well, offering a few channels.

I found the location convenient. It was just a short walk to gate 307 of the masjid nabawi. the easy, straight path eliminated any chance of getting lost. i also appreciated the staff's helpfulness in arranging taxis and laundry services. the reception team secured good rates for outings and taxis too.
i noticed a slight smoke smell in the main lobby, and it sometimes drifted up to the rooms.

i found the location really convenient. it was only about a 5-minute walk to the masjid. the staff, especially at the front desk, were helpful and friendly, they assisted with everything i needed. the room itself was quite spacious, i appreciated the extra room.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. I did notice some areas needing more attention.
